We provide an outlet for manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and other organizations that are in need of removing inventory and want to generate revenue. Much of what UGI sells is a result of cancelled orders, packaging changes, inventory overruns, or discontinued products. We also buy from retailers who have too much stock or are closing stores.  UGI is able to liquidate any product through our industry wide relationships.
